Ganei Omer - The project consists of 210 protected housing units for the elderly population extending over an area of about 30 dunams, with an individual housing unit occupying anywhere from 46-85 sq-m.
Similarly, a central building extending 8000 sq- m was built encompassing: a nursing hospital, occupying an area of about 4000 sq-m, a dining hall, industrial kitchen, indoor swimming pool, gym, conference halls, treatment rooms, laundry service, physicians rooms, mail and administrative offices.
