@LaFlairParkour Thank you for correcting me, but if you were mentioning me in the "new era of traceurs" I dont think i fit that description. I havent even sprained my ankle! I dont see something and go for it, it took me about a moth or to to lenghthen my king kong to about 6 feet. Im still working on it. I always do independent parkour. there is no one to practice with. I dont know but i think thats what slowed my progression. Other than that time i tried to correct my King kong for 2 months

I will uploading a very descriptive tut on thins tonight. Parkour is about learning how to move safely and effectively. It isn't about seeing something and then just going for it. That is the way the new era of traceurs are seeing what we do, and it is the same reason people are getting hurt. Parkour is about friendship and team work, about progression and advancement of self. Yes it can be about independence but it doesn't mean you have to learn something the hard way. Sub 4 tut

@Undertaker2407 Naaaw man this is what urban freeflow is trying to prevent. you need someone to hold you hand and walk through this. Thats not parkour! Parkour teaches u to be independent, so u can learn something when u see it. so u dont need more than just a video.
but i think the people are searching for it because they wanna learn this vault, flip, spin or whatever and for that they NEED that step by step tutorials. ;)
@Undertaker2407 There are soo many tutorials on youtube to do that. When you get better at vaults and know them after trying, you don't need to waste time with step by steps, and know exactly where you want to improve. Thats where these videos are very handy.
Also.. for some people parkour is learned easiest by monkey see, monkey do.. then back tracking on the basics to make it perfect.
I did this over a couch at school like a boss. good video.
