That is unfortunalty true, some places in England, Germany and France they might not even come at all for a store robbery. In Norway where I live it is better but usually the cops takes about 15-20 mins to arrive after a normal store robbery. Nice vid btw lol

A pretty incredible video. Panic alarms are often set off by mistake and as such don't receive a priority response. It's a shame but that's the way it is. If someone had called the police their response would be a lot quicker than 20 minutes. Would be interesting to see that 20 minutes between the locked doors.
