Its sad that most passengers have NO idea how hard pilots work to get them to their destinations. People enter their plane but never glance into the cockpit, they always have their cell phone or ipod and all that shit. They think that pilots don't do anything at cruising altitude, but the pilots are constantly avoiding turbulent airflow for a smoother ride.
