  • It was WONDERFUL!!! My wife liked them (doesn't normally like Brats), my 4 yr old ate the entire brat (which believe me says ALLOT... she is a very picky eater), and I thought they were terrific. I'll be honest, I was a little scared of mixing the brown sugar w/the kraut... but all turned out excellent. 5+ Stars! Thanks, and hope you had a good fathers day!

  • Thanks for the kudos! ...And the idea! Bison Brats sound GREAT! I used to get a lot of Bison, Elk, Venison up in Wyoming. Glad you liked these! SmokeyGoodness might get a little "gamey" this fall!

  • looking good, but i dont like krout, ill just use the brats and the beer and add my good ol onions, green peppers, and mustard.

    good vid

  • We were originally gonna do it that way, but BBQ pit boys already have that one posted, and we don't want to "copycat"!

  • "All of it, all of it, all of it"!!! Funny as hell guys! 5 stars!

  • Gotta have that Hickory!

"The sizzle heard around the world" -

    that statement is brilliant

    and absolutely true.

It could form the core of all your future efforts, because it conveys their essence:

the SmokeyGoodness BBQ experience and its planet-wide reach.

    FIVE STARS

  • Yet another brilliant video y'all made, kudos! I was thinking that maybe y'all might like using Portuguese rolls instead of plain ones for these and especially the burgers. I don't know if they're available by where you are, but I find that they have a lot of texture and are really compliment the burger or whatever you make nicely. They're a bit like Ital. or French rolls, but curious to see if you like them. Very eager to try this recipe out.
