Blues guitar solo

http://www.dolphinstreet.com A slow blues Ab, using a BYOC Mighty Mouse version called the Rabid Rodent. See http://duhvoodooman.com/miscimages/musical/RRv2.htm for more info. The amp is a Mack GEM from http://www.mackamps.com and I am playing at low volume in the 0.4 watt setting, turned down a bit. It is absolutely possible to get good tone at super-low volume with this amp. The guitar here is a Suhr Classic. I also used a Boss DD-20 delay.

I've been playing guitar for about three years now, and I want to get better at playing solos. I haven't had any lessons but I've been looking into different scales and such, mostly pentatonic scales.

What would you recommend practicing when you want to learn to improvise solos?

@nicklassayshi Hi, practice transcribing licks, solos, chords, whatever from other players! That's the best way to learn and improve.
