@bipolarorwakingup i have been looking into the breathwork and i practiced some basics at my home. i think that i may be able to overcome my disorder with the proper help. do you know of any places that are doing this sort of therapy and recovery. i would like to focus my efforts on recovery alone. with out medication. unfortunatly i think the only way to do that would be to devote myself to that, which i think wud only be done thru a center that focuses on this.

@movadoband I was tough on science AND "one-true faith" religion in this video. Both think they hold the entire truth...but things are changing...
I am slowly learning to Confront family and friends at 'their' level of consiousness, otherwise its straight to the funny farm for me, again. urg! level one sounds lovely ignorance is bliss :P

your addressing the manic episodes but what about the depressive lows that go along with bipolar disorder.

@rykandenveezy123 See video #5 as well as my video on How to Heal Depression. This isn't the whole story of depression, but it explains a lot.

@bipolarorwakingup This may seem all well and fine and maybe your correct about the different stages but ive been dealing with depression for over 4 years and have gotten no where. your talking to a person which at 18 has high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, periods of mania, and ED. Or, bipolar disorder. i have yet to give up hope on a med free cure but im close to giving up. any helpful ideas?

@rykandenveezy123 If your periods of mania are my hypomanic, without psychosis and you are unmedicated and functioning OK, I would highly recommed holotropic breathwork. There is a new book by Dr.Stann Grof available on it, and I and taking their course in order to be a practicioner. It helps you release the emotional repressions and trauama that may be holding you back.
