後ろ手をついて、膝を曲げて座る。かかとが地面から離れないように、爪先を上げたり下げたりする。足首をほぐすほか、ふくらはぎ側面のストレッチ、ふくらはぎの筋肉強化に­も繋がるトレーニング。慣れてきたら、足を伸ばした状態でやってみると良い。
