Left 4 Dead - Hospital Gameplay

A gameplay video released for the upcoming Xbox 360 / PC first-person shooter survival horror game Left 4 Dead. Developed by the same people who brought us The Orange Box. The game is based around co-op in 4 different campaigns and incoporates something called "The Director" which is supposed to generate random changes in the gameplay based on what the player does in order to deliver a truly original and unscripted experience for each play-through.

No. It was originally scheduled for release on all systems but the PS3 release was canceled after Microsoft bought all publishing rights for the game.
