Google "loudness war" and you'll see what I'm talking about. A lot of my favorite albums just sound AWFUL in the newer releases. They can be literally unlistenable.

Well, Windows stole the watch-feature in the 80's from Apple. All the web-browsers stole the tags-feature from Firefox. All the mp3-players are basically riding Apple's wave.
I've never really liked Apple (I mean, Itunes is just one big piece of crap, but I need it for my iPod), but you just overemphasize the negative due to pre-existing Apple-hatred.

its all about being the best, apple took some ideas from zune, so what, that just makes apple THAT much better than zune... because now not only does apple have what apples always had, it now has what zune had. props to apple for being the best and continuing to be the best.
