Taken from the Meridian TV documentary serires "The Pier" and first broadcast in the 1996, this programme titled "King of the Isle" features interviews with Mark King, Mike Lindup & Gary Husband talking about the formation of Level 42, the first hits, the music, bass playing techniques and style.

Ive seen Mark King live about 3 times now with Level 42 and his bass playing never seems to fails to impress me each time better than the time before, Everyone raves on about Flea slapping he does'nt have patch on Mark.

He's a bloody awesome drummer !!
To think, and I'm guessing here, he doesn't practise the Drums as much as he probably would like, his chops are pretty darn good.
I've only recently heard his album Influences, and I didn't believe that it was him on Drums on that. Now I've seen him play drums on YouTube, I'm am absolutely gobsmacked.
He is ULTRA talented.
