Integrity in the sense that your words and actions match up.
In this case, Fr. Cutie's actions were not matching up to his vows. May we be blessed with strength to stay true to our promises when we are similarly tempted.

Is that mean he agree with all the teaching and doctrines of Episcopal Church, such as women priest and gay Bishop?

Somebody tell me what is the big fuss??? This was something between God and F. Cutie. Why is he the only one shown in the news I bet there were others who fell in love too,is it because he was supposed to be a role model or a teacher or something???So I wouldnt take health/nutrition advice from an obese nutritionist of pt if I go to him for help???He is no longer a catholic??? but he still serves God right??? I am confused

Everyone is looking for happiness but it's a shame to get it at someone elses expence. I am not a Catholic but I understand making promises and keeping your word and especially to God. Vows should never be broken so easily and they should never be dismissed so easily, as in this case, as if they were not important.

So how will Fr. Cutie minister to unfaithful husbands??
If he wasn't sure about faithfully living a celibate life, then he should not have gone through ordination. Period.
So why should his girlfriend feel that he will be faithful to her? He surely wasn't to the Church.
Fr. Cutie's actions are telling the world that if one lacks integrity, change to an easier religion and it's all better.
Bottom line: he lied to either the Church, his girlfriend, and/or himself. He owes someone an apology.
