Sri Lanka Rani Maniye (Sinhala Hymn)

"Sri Lanka Rani Maniye", an old Sinhala Catholic Hymn composed by late Rev.Fr.Mercyllin Jayakody. This version of it is sung by veteran singer Latha Walpola for the album "Divya Jesu me thama" a collection of compositions by Rev.Fr.Jayakody.
The reflection is on Our Lady of Lanka and the National Basilica at Ragama Thewaththa; which is devoted to our Lady. This reflection is more a factual one but I hope to regenerate the unique feeling that we get when we go to the Thewaththa Basilica. I'm sure you know it if you have been there. I hope this will get you closer to our Lady of Lanka and pray for her intersession in all matters of self and our beloved motherland. May God Bless you
