The Korg MiniPops are a group of drum machines released by Korg ( under Univox brand on USA ) on the 70's . They are full analog and are preset based but you can combine diffrent presets to get new rhythms . This just a demo of the presets include on this drum machine and a few combinations :)

You can hear the original audio file here :

  • I just picked one of these up. Great little machine, especially when combining beats and layering them with a delay pedal. One question: what kind of foot switch can be used with it?

  • Absolutely fantastic drum machine!!! ******

  • Is this F***gn' cool or what? Great retro sound and beats. My mind just goes wild thinking what I could do with one of these little guys. Is it for sale?

  • @BrontoScorpioMusic Jarre use Minipops 7

  • Very nice demonstration! I like the sound of the Minipops 3 even more then the Minipops 5 (The one that Jean Michel Jarre used)
