@taylorpickett1 He only preferred Trotsky slightly. Lenin was trying to make the best of a sorry lot more or less. I think Trotsky would have been slightly better but not a whole lot.

@ilikevines Your wrong there he seized power because he was rather intelligent, likable and very capable of running a party. The only problem with this is that communism is not about seizing power as all power goes to the workers. Stalin Perverted communism for his own ends and turned the USSR into a despot socialist country.
