Rachelle Spector will turn 29 next week, while her 69 year old husband, music producer Phil Spector is behind bars. Spector was sentenced last week to 19 years to life for the murder of actress Lana Clarkson. (June 5)

Come on, Philip! You shauld have admitted the crime. As your own daughter said, "People do stupid things all the time", you did a stupidity you should pay for that. I am sorry, I truly didn't want that happen to you., you are a great producer.

@mrearlygold I also felt the sentence was a bit extreme, and there were experts' testimony that created a lot of reasonable doubt during the trial. If I were on that jury, it would have been difficult to issue that verdict, personally. There was a lot of things, like the blood spatter that should have been on Spector's clothing, that wasn't there. Sure, he is nutty as a fruitcake, but they pretty much gave him a death sentence, his health is not good, I don't expect him to make it in there.

if Lana was your sister, or mom for that matter, how would you feel then mrearlygold? As far as the book your labeled unauthorized, read it and see for yourself that Mick Brown had no agenda. The man had guns everywhere. He stuck the gun in her mouth for cryin' out loud! 15 years+ is not enough time for a human who murders another human. The travesty here is Lana's gone and she will be missed by scores of fans and family. Please read that book mrearlygold and have a great day!

Whatever, it still doesn't warrant a mandatory 15 years in prison and then another 3 years on top of it. It's a travesty even if he is a "dickhead" in your words after reading an unauthorized book. Jeez.
