Did you know that about 110 million roses, the majority red, will be sold and delivered within a three-day time period for Valentine's Day?

Not to take away from beautiful, fresh, fragrant roses— I love them, but here's an idea. Make an edible bouquet from fresh, flavorful, Florida strawberries. It's a great gift for just about any celebration. Give it a try.

Just purchase long-stem silk roses from your local craft store. Pull of the rose tips leaving the bare wire exposed. Now, simply replace the silk rose with a beautiful, fresh, Florida strawberry. A bouquet of strawberry roses is just as beautiful as a regular bouquet of roses, less expensive and edible too!
