We never thought for a second that Americans are just simply bad people;however, the lack of(American's) knowledge when it comes to outside world, cost's us millions of deaths, sanctions, discriminations, racism, wars,and so on. The longshoremen are some of the best paid skilled labor in the world, the jobs are so sweet they're passed down from father to son. The unions have inspired business to take their production to other countries where the labor cost suits the low low prices Americans have come to expect from their addiction to sweatshop goods.

I am a member of the "other" 1% -- those of us without old money or miraculous windfall who don't think life owes us a living, free men to the core.
