A documentary following Thuso Phala and Seth Hutcheons two boys in South Africa from completely different backgrounds both seeking a career in football. Reveals a lot of about the inner workings of the International football industry and of some of the glaring social inequalities that continue to plague Azania to this day (the documentary first aired in 2004).

  • I lot of English coaches went to SA during the apartheid years and earned more money in six months than they would for a year's work in the UK. Cricketers were no better or different during this time.

One Black British cricketer, Gladstone Small, turned down a massive sum of money rather than to break the cultural boycott against SA. This is one British hero we can all be proud of!

  • @malarki5 I didn't know that about Gladstone Small. Thanks for sharing that info
