HHO Cell rebuilt battery, 6,3mmw. I got it together at last. Very effective cell. You need to use maximum amount of lye in the water to get some amps through. This cell draws about 6 amps cold and 8 amps warm. Produces at least 500ml HHO gas/min. Connection from plates to lead-contacts is cobberwire, twisted and soldered. Worked nicely to solder in the original lead contacts! Put the glue on in two steps. First on both edges, and then between. Don't hesitate to ask about more details! I hoped to get more mileage on my VW tdi, but didn't noticed any difference. But I know now that it is a very difficult car to get more mileage out of!

  • I got the plates from a local company who makes different things from metal. They were easy to bend and drill bigger holes in, but you could probably use any kind of sheet SS. One advantage with them is the bigger surface areal because both sides of the metal is active because of the holes.

  • You could use a plastic welder to seal the case.

  • Thanks. I will check that.

  • I did get one measurable result though. I took an emission/partical test once, with and without my cell. That was 0,7 ppm without and 0,5 with the unit on. And that unit only produced 100-150ml/min at that time.

  • y not use battery lead to make hho more save

  • Where did you get the plates from. they look preferated with round/square holes? .. .TKS

  • I never got any positive mpg gains with that cell actually...:(

BUT, I have just got results with another, ineffectice cell that produces a lot of heat and therefore steam instead, and a little HHO. Weird, but true!

Check my HHO Steamer Cell video. The steam is making a difference. pluss a little HHO. But just now I am testing with a humidifier instead, just too see if that by itself can give any mpg gains. If it works, I will make another video of that.

  • But I believe that thirsty GM cars have bigger potential than the well-engineerd VW TDI. If you drive your TDI with care, no other car, except hybrids, can get so high mileage! But I made one small change in my TDI before I installed the unit, that actually worked, and that was a fuel-preheater. But the gains comes in a cold clima, as we have here in Røros, Norway.

  • With the hand on my heart, I really didn't.. I thought once I had a decrease, but I never got that result again, and that was right after i blew my intercooler away.. I drove safely after that for 8 months with another setup, but I never got any gains that I could measure. I think some of the HHO drivere get gains from driving more carefully, with the unit on. So the gains come from changed drivinghabits and not from the unit.

  • Were you able to increse the mileage in your TDI??? I want to try in my jetta TDI
