1. the woman bride (with status single or widow)

2. the bride price (mahar).

3. guardian of wedlock (wali nikah) that could be (the girls father if not available or capable can be replace with the girl uncle if not the girls grandfather if there's no other man in direct line with her father, then last is a judge of marriage can take a place).
