  • You know what? Maybe you could go back a purchase the brown yarn too & when you're ready to start your yarn braids, do a few of them with the black hair & a few with the brown hair & like go outside or near a window where some natural light is & using a mirror you can decide which color you prefer. Just a thought.

  • @TwistedNaturally If I ever like yarn braids Ill get the brown one next time, thanks!

  • wont that yarn dry out your hair since its cotton just the first thing come to my mind.

  • @pintofowl No. They say not to use cotton since it will lock in your hair. That's why you have to take acrylic.

  • I don't know if you have already, but you might wanna try Carol's Daughter Healthy Hair Butter. It makes my hair super soft, and smells so good, like jasmine.

  • @ 2:55 I can no longer detangle with wet hair. I have to detangle dry with a wide tooth hairpick....go figure LOL

  • I haven't been to impressed with the Carol's Daughter line either. I like the smell of the Tui oil, but I can get hair oil for cheaper.

  • @2damnfunny Yes you can click on the annotation to check it out.

  • Hey, I tried the denman brush make over too. I saw a slight improvement when detangling.

  • Yeah, I'm gonna put yarn braids back in on the 1st...I had the black and it was cute but u could see my hair through the yarn cause my hair is totally black...So I'm thinking about getting the brown...cant wait to see how yours come out..

  • Thanks for the heads up on the microfiber towel. I usually just dry with an old T-shirt & was going to purchase a microfiber towel. Everyone loves the Denman Brush but I hate it, I love using my combs, lol, well that & my fingers to detangle.
