    The House of Rising Sun is a popular song, search for its history. Rolling Stones, The Animals and many others only reproduced the song, but the song itself is very old, older even than early blues players.

    Not entirely. Part of Jazz and Blues is Irish, as you can notice in the history of the song House of Rising Sun.
