I figure what better way to kick things off than with a video on my favoured deck type along with some major highlighting. Unfortunately doing this on a new youtube channel means I can only have 15 minute YGO videos which I didn't take into account when making this. Thus I'm going to split it into two parts and the second part will be up within an hour. This part covers the basics of the decks and a typical monster lineup to shoot for.

Also congrats to Kim Just Jensen (again) and Lormier Josse to getting top 16 finishes at YCS Paris. That's two YCSs Jensen's topped with Disaster and this time he's joined by a French dragon player in Josse (they had to defeat the likes of Samurai and Sabers to get to where they finished no less). Couple in DragonDuelistGirl's feature match earlier in the week and you have a very productive week for the deck.

  • @ObeliskTGS Why not carrying 2 Prime material instead of 1?

  • @CardTrickRevolution You only need one. It's either going to get dumped by Future Fusion or you make Stardust Dragon before you draw one.

  • @ObeliskTGS What do you think is better, White Night Dragon or Genesis Dragon?

  • @CardTrickRevolution White Night. Hands down. Genesis is only good in Dark Armed or other variants that rely on getting Nomi monsters to the hand. Otherwise there are much better dragons (Dodger, Mirage) to run than him.

  • @ObeliskTGS Why White Night Dragon is not on your deck, is a great card.

  • @CardTrickRevolution Key words are budget build with this video. I'm trying to avoid mentioning cards that are 20+ dollars or are extremely difficult to get. If you own a White Night and like to run it, it's perfectly fine however.

  • why does it say Kim ran Infernity mirage

  • Yeah bro.. The guy apologized to me. Telling me, "I was thinking about the rulings on the way home and you were right." I immediately wanted to call him out for costing me a top, but at least it won't be ruled like that again.

  • @TheHonorableBeaner Oh? They allowed you to play Rivalry of the Warlords like its supposed to?

  • Good shit on the Drago, and RoW rulings. It proved to be legit at my locals.
