This quick and tasty meal has the following macros: 450 cal, 60 grams protein, 50 grams carb, 2 grams fat.

You'll need the following:
Bay Scallops
Lettuce or Spinach
Cucumber
Red Onion
Fat Free Red Wine Vinaigrette
Cucumber

  • I've never seen finished salads within a plastic bag to buy jees :S

  • @vafaneh It's not really a finished salad, it's just a mix of greens and some carrots. It's easier than buying 3 different kinds of greens and combining them (cheaper too!).

  • I am eating 1750 cal a day for like 1 month or so now :) Normally I had like 2.800.

    I am now 168 pounds. Lost 15 pounds but soon it will be more. The last two weeks I didn't eat very healthy, but now I will :)

  • @HollanderT12345 When your body fat gets low...your Leptin levels will also decrease and you will see weight will stop being lost. Instead of cutting more calories, and actually inhibiting fat loss and killing your lean body mass, I would suggest introducing "re-feeds" into your diet.

    Yes and the strange but good thing is, I feel better now that I have a low intake of cal.

    I am not tired or feel weak etc :) But I think that's because of the protein... I take much more protein now.
