@Splitskirts I agree completely with you liking Cynthia much more than Sigrid! Yet Bob Crane romanced both women during filming. And ended up marrying Sigrid on the set of Hogans Heroes. But Cynthia just had that beaming beauty that made my young teenage heart flutter!

I once watched a TV special which told what happened to actors from several TV shows. In one of these interviews, Cynthia Lynn told Bob Crane became her boyfriend in real life, but her ex-husband had been insisting on getting back, and when she finally optioned for the former companion she heard of Bob's murder. She added she felt terribly unhappy about what happened to him.

Yes, absolutely the beautiful Cynthia Lyn playing the " nice " Helga; I preferred Cynthia to Sigrid Valdis who played the other " Helga ". Interestingly when Sigrid played " Helga " Cynthia would still appear on the show as an extra or other character. Also I've uploaded a very nice scene of Cynthia ( as " Helga " ) from the B & W pilot episode " The Informer ". I have happy memories of watching Cynthia and the show as a teenager. Regards.
