Grace Bawden Australia's Got Talent - Semi Final - Judge's Choice

http://www.gracebawden.com . Grace was named Judge's Choice and got through to the Grand Final of Australia's Got Talent in 2008 and compared to Paul Potts who won last years Britain's Got Talent.

She was referred to as an Australia's next International Star and wishes to perform with Josh Groban in the future.

sure shes ok. but on a world scale she is never going to be successful in the big picture. she doesn't have a strong or even deep tone to her voice. she is good on the small scale nothing compared to all the international and professional singers.

@kefto00 Your comment is funny considering she was only 15 in that show and in October this year she will be in Italy auditioning for an Italian Opera University by invitation, a country where very few Australians are making it. To top it off she hasn't even finished high school.

umm. plenty of singers are asked to go all over the world for auditions it doesn't mean that they are amazing or even good singers it means that they know how to market themselves

Very few Australians make it in fact very few people make it therefore my comment before is realistic not meant to be something taken in a mean spirit. I don't know how educated you are yourself in the international scheme of opera and auditions of such but her voice just doesn't cut it.

@kefto00 Well someone's got egg on their face. Grace has announced on her Facebook that shes been successful at two opera schools and will be studying with the Bologna opera school next year. Shes even being mentored by famous tenor, Jesus Leon.

@kefto00 She's a soprano you idiot - of course she has no deep tone in her voice.

She's also still young - only fifteen - give her voice a little time to strengthen and mature. She's going to do very well, I assure you. There are MANY successes to be had in the music world - perhaps she may never be a top superstar but again, I'm SURE she will be able pay her rent with her music.
