Are eggs really too high in cholesterol, and is there truly a difference between free range chickens and eggs than commercially grown livestock.

  • @TakeSomeAdvice stop talking BULLSHIT.

  • My god!!!!!!!! this is soo not truth!!!!! be carefull people!!

  • I don't believe this at all!!!!!

  • Very informative! I work in the grocery business and eggs are the must have product. It never occured to me that free range eggs would have a higher quality. It makes sense though. I'll be looking into where our eggs come from.

  • I ate about 15 eggs per week. I went to two sushi buffets before my cholesterol test.

I tested at 320 at 34 years old. No red meat or pork in diet. I can only attribute that to my VERY HIGH intake of daily cholesterol from eggs.

Remember, if you are suffering from angina, your daily limit should 70 mg. A large egg has 300 mg. Times that by 4 a day and see what happens to your blood results.
