I realize most people would consider any matchup to be a tough one for hakan, but I can think of fewer more dangerous than a strong viper..

@Realmasterorder in version 2012 of arcade edition, hakan does start the game oiled up :D hes getting reaaally buffed too i think

I Hope Capcom makes him start the match as he should Oiled up Even if it is for just a few seconds cause with no decent Anti air an opponent like Viper that can preasure you will not let you execute this move at all
