This guy was butchered. Took way more tissue around the affected area than needed BUT that would probably guarantee it never coming back. I'm thankful mine was o ly half this size

I thought pilonidal cyst incisions were to remain open to allow for drainage?

@LennyG4362 bulllshit. you could clearly see the openings of 2 fistulas in the beginning (where he stuck the scissors in). so definitely a cyst.

i had tis surgery 2 nd time last yr ..my doctor dint stiwched the infected area..knw also i am sffering frm reacurance ..why does this happen..

@meadmaker93 in this case a cyst was not invoved, there was a little opening in the sinus, from where flood comes out,so they have removed the whole sinus.

@TheOtterotter they have cut the meat and with it also the arteries feeding this part, with scissors they have close the opening of the blood vessels, till it close itself through agglutination.

I get mine last nite in uk it's Realy good after they fone the don't feel any pain
