Very good. Bless you!

Have you heard Sissel sing the song? I think she does it better than Sarah Brightman does.

Hey, where did you get the karaoke? Sweet voice :)

Magnificent, Cathryn! Anyone who manages to send shivers down the spine deserves respect. You've got mine. Warm regards. Jim.

Blown away by the fantastic voice. Reading some of the comments you might think Ooh No. But you are being compared to the best, Sarah Brightman. Being in the same league as her in not such a bad thing. Personally I think you are as good as her, and one can always fine tune an instrument, even a Stradivarius. Fantastic work, Just keep on singing

You did really good on this song! I performed this my friend in our christmas concert for choir. My only advice would to just round your vowels lot more. Other than that, you have such a sweet voice & great job!

@HoopyFroodJerran Oooo- Pronunciation (no 'yay's hun, please!) needs major help! pretty harsh vocals overall. training with a pro sounds like best option if serious about singing the good stuff. just my '2 cents', as i feel a deep connection to this piece. But I admire your courage and your hard work.

@llangol You actually need to be more specific than "the Andrew Lloyd Webber version". Considering he wrote this song as a memorial to his father, & as far as I know (though I could be mistaken) there aren't any recording of himself singing this. all covers are technically the ALW version. The oldest recording I know of would be Sarah Brightman with Paul Miles-Kensington.

You've a lovely voice, lass, but you need a better mic; it's spoiling your voice . A good mic shouldn't crackle while you sing, and you've a voice which deserves a decent mic. It pleases me to hear that you are taking vocal lessons. A good voice, in my opinion, should have proper training, and the better the voice, the greater the need to train it.

You have such a beautiful and sweet tone. Thank you for sharing. :)
Very good, not as good as the original, but good.

@llangol Thanks for the compliment but Can i ask who you mean by the original? I have listened to that many versions, and it would be nice to get the pronounciation correct if i were to re-record. Every one seems to be that little bit different! Thanks!

@CuteMcBeauty 35 hon so a bit long in the tooth in the vocal stakes lol! Only just starting singing lessons but more for my own enjoyment rather than any proffessional aspirations these days, but thanks for the compliment! x
