Two copper wire-form hearts are shown rotating separately, then combined to form one motor.
The homopolar motor is the simplest form of electrical motor, consisting of a battery, a conductor, and a magnetic field.
A bass speaker provides the necessary magnetic field. The Lorentz force does the rest!

There is a link in the "show more" box to my Instructable on how to make these.
Magnets can be bought online at a pace like K&J Magnetics, or you can just use a big bass speaker and some pennies like in the movie.

Maybe we refine this information into using the earths magnetic field to produce free energy! Then channel it all into a giant radio the continuously loops ""Be Excellent To Each Other". Free energy and World Peace. Problems solved.
