Patient with femoral head deformation and osteo-chondral defect (OCD) after Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease as a child. On this video the bone under the OCD is debrided and mocrofractured in order to attract stem cells to the area. The OCD is attaced back using bioabsorbable pins.
