  • i am thinking about it at the moment...but i will probably giving it a shot...i was planning to teach simple choreos online in the hope that it can drill dancers

  • shanu is it normal for me to feel like one side of my hips stretches and feels looser than the other side? do i just stretch and drill on the one side that needs it until i feel they are even? help me please!

  • Its pretty normal. Its usually ur left hip which should be looser if you are right handed. So its okay. But do practise more on ur left as well. :)
