i am thinking about it at the moment...but i will probably giving it a shot...i was planning to teach simple choreos online in the hope that it can drill dancers

shanu is it normal for me to feel like one side of my hips stretches and feels looser than the other side? do i just stretch and drill on the one side that needs it until i feel they are even? help me please!

Its pretty normal. Its usually ur left hip which should be looser if you are right handed. So its okay. But do practise more on ur left as well. :)
