For safety i would reccomend buying a old metal barrel which has not been used for gas. This could be dangerous for people not taking the necessary procedures and could blow a person limbs off in careless hands. Stick to using a metal barrel which hasn't had propane in.

mine i have horizontal burns softly if nesccesery
and if closed 6hr heat and a day burning coals
Takes four days work, too much i guess, and a chimeneu and hinges and feet extra
By the way i have wooden legsLOL
No heat gets to the botom
When full throtle i can fry on it and there is a spacr for my expresso machine
I sell for 300 euro, to stay alive

With so much space on top, when using those tall Gas bottles, why you don´t place a oven?

@leonidas18383 fill with water till it overflows! After you have removed the valve at the top. Filling with water expels all gas left in the bottle. (be careful!)
