kennyelrakotmagadra: this world has ~6 billion people, all very different. Full of different cultures. Not everybody speaks English as thier first language. :) For example, there is a country called China, they speak Chinese as a first language.

This guy doesn't speak perfect English, but he is giving it a good go- I know people from England that speak worse English than him.

Broaden your horizons and don't be so negative about things in life.
