Introducing Blender, a free, open-source program that lets you create stills, animations and games. To download, visit http://blender.org %o download this demo, visit http://thenerdshow.com The link is at the bottom of the page. Open the file in Blender and press "P" to play. Remember, this demo I made is not a complete game, rather it is a starting point from which you could add to and eventually build your own game. Read Blender docs for information and of course I would be interested in learning about any improvements you make.

  • @AlintraxAika LOL, it's a template, like those word templates with lame example text and borders. The idea is to use ones own models and extend the basic logic into something playable. Yep, I got lazy and didn't finish it, but didn't want it to rot since some people find the techniques useful and want to see the files...

  • @dsanaei Most versions can export games. It's explained on the blender site or just search google for export game blender.

  • for some reason wenever i make a game it stuffs up like i can see through some parts of it or the camera wont work properly but thats only some times (well actualy whenever i try to make a big game)plz help me please! thumbs up if this happens to u!

  • I can't add Objects because i can't with the left Mouse Button create a 3D Cursor. Please help me

  • @bubbletanking blender is more of a modeling software id get unity its free i use it whatcha wanna do is make the guns and characters nd cars/etc in blender and make the map[s], scripts/scripting, and houses in unity (thats how i do it) its better

  • Is blender automatically calculating how to steer etc, just by setting up the curves?
