Most americans do not have dental insurance.. and now a days.. its money upfront or no care.... so..... There are some honest people out there that are honest and can pay a bit at a time.. but.... even that is no more... think its sad... that the poor suffer and the rich can get great care...

@ladytrish51 Insurance is not the answer. Consider for every dollar you spend on Dental Insurance up to sixty cents goes to Administrative Costs. Forty cents on your dollar goes to actual dental care. So what do you want Insurance or dental care?

Lanap works well with deep pockets but will not change the recession. It can help with bone loss. IMO Lanap is a far better option than flap surgery. Follow ups are determined by each case though in our office we prefer to keep a close watch and will do follow ups on a 3 month schedule. Each case is unique and your recall would be determined by your dentist.

Didnt say Anything bout dental insurance.. just a chance for the poor to have decent dental.. people that care bout there oral health... I brush, floss, rinse.. etc... but Im diabetic and try to keep my sugars down... but dentist's now want money upfront or ya just plain suffer... cruel if ya ask me... guess its my problem.. subject closed.!!!

Thanks for this video. I am going to talk to the dentist about this.. when I see them. I know I have lost bone plus I have some osteoporosis.. even though I'm only 36 and I have neutropenia and some other things. I'll have to talk to them about this.

I have some form of recession & a few deep pockets, one slight mobility in one tooth & a tooth with moderate frucation. Can Lanap treat my problem with regeneration of bone or gum tissue. If Lanap

treatment is a better option than flap surgery,how many follow-up visits are needed after the treatment? 2 years? 5 years? Lifetime?
