In this episode of My Vegan Kitchen, I show you how to make tomato soup. This soup is a quick wholesome meal, perfect for when you only have a few minutes to make a meal.
For this recipe you'll need
3 coarsely chopped tomatoes
2 cups of greens, or 6 celery stalks
salt, pepper, hot sauce to taste.
Blend tomatoes and greens. Then, add seasoning to taste, and blend again. Soup can be eaten cold, or heated on low heat setting for a warm meal.
