she is a profiteer of the incarceration of non-violent offenders...thats why she's so against 5. She is the trojan horse, pretending to have the interest of the public, when all she's really defending is her potential to make money.

She is misleading and her information is inaccurate. Prop 5 is not for "violent offenders", it's only meant for non violent offenders. She is the district attorney and this is the misleading information she gives? wow... she is ridiculous and under qualified. Yes on Prop 5

This lady's an idiot! She obviously didn't bother to READ the proposition before just making crap up!
Prop 5 only applies to NON-violent offenders. People who commit domestic violence or child abuse are, by definition, INELIGIBLE
Prop 5 supports ABSTINENCE based treatment.
Prop 5 doesn't destroy drug courts - it DOUBLES funding for them!
Prop 5 DOES allow judges to put offenders who continue to use drugs in jail!
