xarya bandita. look at his face, he is lire, excellent student of KGB school which he uses special tactics and fake stories, believable stories, that naive person will believe him what ever he said.

lavrov is an old communist guard of Soviet Russia that still exists today. As an Armenian, knowing that his country has nothing to live on, he wants to restore the Soviet Union so that the wealth could be balanced out among the poor and rich former soviet states again. He is escpecially fond of bringing Georgia on its knees. He was the one who threatened Georgia when NABUCO talks started last July and his fist banging turned into the war with Georgia.
