i am a huge bowie fan since i was about 13 years old (1972) - saw him perform - love all of his early and middle-era stuff especially. this trak from my favorite bowie album, not quite as well known here in US. superb piano version here! ( - practice my singing etc) - check out bowies definitive live version of 'mars' on site here from his 1980 tonight show appearance (TV version of guitar climax way better than album version) - he also performs 'ashes to ashes' as a perfect book-end to it.
