This homeowner simply wants proof that Bank of America is in possession of her original signed mortgage note before she begins making payments to them. Bank of America has not, will not or CANNOT provide that document. Everyone with a mortgage is entitled to see these documents. Don't allow Bank of America to threaten you with foreclosure. DEMAND to see your note.

@MindEFX I would agree with you at least in part. I would suggest that there must be some sort of accountability set up for these guys. It seems a little one sided to me. At the moment it's a win-win situation for them. Disgusting high salary PLUS a bonus, but when the shit hits the fan? Still the same bloated salary plus the bonus. I wuld like to see the top exec's stripped of their job AND asset- sincerely. Evil greedy parasites who have lost all perspective of decency.
