Here is a three-movement overture in Italian style, its form corresponding to Mozart's Symphonies 23 and 26, which I wrote from 2006 to 2010. The opening measure echoes the sound I heard when someone got Pelletierianized, or transformed into a Pelletierian; however, the general atmosphere is Simardian to me.
