  • Actually that smoke is from the Smoke generator that was built into the OV-10, it was used as an aid to for the Forward Air Control Mission, they used it to mark targets, although it is useful as airshow smoke

  • The port engine smoke you see is airshow smoke, the pilot turns this on/off for extra visual effect. Although this Bronco is in German Airforce markings, it is a privately owned Bronco, which is based in Belgium at Kortrijk-Wevelgem (EBKT).

  • Now, is that port engine smoke something to be concerned about?

  • apparently i heard that the 612 vgs glding school on the other end of the airfield, gave it permission to land, not knowing about the restrictions, a couple of days ago.

  • whats the story with this one was he pretending to be a chopper?
