Actually that smoke is from the Smoke generator that was built into the OV-10, it was used as an aid to for the Forward Air Control Mission, they used it to mark targets, although it is useful as airshow smoke
The port engine smoke you see is airshow smoke, the pilot turns this on/off for extra visual effect. Although this Bronco is in German Airforce markings, it is a privately owned Bronco, which is based in Belgium at Kortrijk-Wevelgem (EBKT).
apparently i heard that the 612 vgs glding school on the other end of the airfield, gave it permission to land, not knowing about the restrictions, a couple of days ago.
