A beautifully fermenting pumpkin spice ale. It should be ready for the pumpkin carving party3 lb light malt extract3 lb Amber malt extract3/4 lb malto dextrin1.5 oz Fuggles leaf hops (60 minute boil)1 tsp Irish moss (15 min)1 tsp. nutmeg (5 min boil)1 tsp. cinnamon. (5 min boil)2 tsp. ginger (5 min) (I left out, but you should include)1 tsp. all spice (5 min)Ale yeast (Wyeast 1056)
