A Preview of Rocket Matter 2.0: Document Assembly and Custom Fields

Document assembly allows users to merge their client and matter data, already stored in Rocket Matter, with templated legal forms, creating instantaneous new legal documents. Since Rocket Matter tracks time and generates invoices, a billable entry can be automatically created as well. In order to support the wide variety of needs from different legal practice areas, Rocket Matter now features unlimited custom fields for matters and client information.

Since Rocket Matter is a cloud-based legal software product that runs in a browser, users can generate documents on PC's, Macs, even tablet computer and smartphones such as iPads®, iPhones®, and Droids®. Custom data fields can be set at a system level, available for all matters and clients, and can also be set on individual records as well.
