why would you even make this video...your supposed to come to a complete stop when turning on red..like a stop sign...you didn't do that..you should get ticketed

Unfortunately, the back of the violation says, "You can be cited with a Red Light Violation if you fail to bring your vehicle to a complete stop before turning right when the light is red." Personally, one of my pet peeves is people who stop when the light is green (or don't turn on red at all).
Anyway, I just posted my red light vid... the light had been red 0.12 seconds when I entered the intersection. Boo.

yea it sucks. even when a car stops waiting for a green light at a red, the camera would still take the damn picture for no reason.

It doesn't matter that you turned. The light was red when you entered the intersection. You should have made a full stop before making the turn.
If you'd stopped (and assuming there's no "no turn on red" sign), you'd be off the hook.
