I have just discovered a new hobby rowing on the Concept 2 in the gym.You can do different challenges and put yourself for the world ranking for your age and weight.500m 4th,1000m 7th,4mins rowing 2nd,2000m 7th,5000m 8th and 6000m 4th in the world for 50-59 and under 75 kg.I am happy with that but can improve.You take care I hope you are in the best of health.I am Phillip Cameron

really jerky, needs to be WAY smoother, should also lean back a little more than that

good posture but need to smooth it out a lot more.

I've been rowing for 4 years and i have an erg technique and water technique. Erg wise i have an extreme lean back to get every inch of my stroke and at the catch i pretty much hit the handle on the front stop.

this isnt bad technique, he just pauses at the finish, and goes too down and around, not bad technique compared to what else you will find on youtube
