With more than 1100 deaths on Canada’s roads due to alcohol, I see the DUI problem is greater than simply here in the U.S. I am unfamiliar with Canadian laws, so I can only think in terms of laws here in the U.S. However, I do think many of the underlying principles are similar. Society must change its attitudes toward drinking and in particularly toward drinking and driving.

A message of DO do something right is less evocative and effective as a strict prohibition.

There are more people caught reckless driving and 'street racing' a year in Ontario alone than people drinking and driving. Sobre, thoughtless stupid acts go with a lesser punishment... trust me on this one people, drinking and driving is bad, but NOT as bad as some drivers on the road who make stupid decisions everyday just to get a coffee or to get to work on time. I was convicted for a night of fun, and I know ALL the facts.

Narconon3r - it's so good that you are addressing the issue of drinking and driving so head-on. Those highly irresponsible people who feel it's OK to drink and drive need to see this video! Keep up the good work - your campaigns are awesome!

I did not know that so many people died just from drinking and driving alone! A bit of a shocker!
